How You Can Pay

Automatic Payment Service

To initiate our Automatic Payment Service, simply fill out an authorized agreement form and provide a voided check from the bank account you want debited. You will continue to receive monthly utility statements approximately 20 days before the statements are due. The statements will inform you of the amount to be debited against your bank account on the statement due date. To make changes to your current Automatic Payment Service, please submit a letter or email requesting the change.  Include a copy of a voided check from your new bank account and a copy of your driver’s license for identification verification.  Mail, fax or email to:

Online Payment Service

Electronic check payments are accepted through the on-line bill payment service at no cost to you.

Credit cards may be used through the on-line Western Union Speedpay Payment  Service.  Western Union will assess a convenience fee of $4.95 for each credit card transaction up to $500.

We accept utility payments through your personal on-line bill pay option provided by your financial institution.

Automated Phone Attendant

You may pay by check by calling our Automated Phone Attendant at 904-247-6241.  There is no cost for this service.

Credit cards may be used through the automated phone system.  Western Union Payment Service will assess a convenience fee of $4.95 for each credit card transaction up to $500.

In Person

We are conveniently located in the Jacksonville Beach City Hall at 11 N. 3rd Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida, 32250. You may pay by cash, check or money order at our Customer Service Department between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm or at our drive-thru window between the hours of 7:30am to 5:00pm.

After Hours Depository

We have two after-hours depositories, one is located at the drive-thru window and one is located on the east side of City Hall.

Payment Assistance

The Beaches Energy Services CARE Program is designed to help anyone who is unable to pay their utility bill because of a sudden or temporary financial crisis.
