Billing and Email Address Update

Dear Beaches Energy customers and members of our community,

As a result of the recent cybersecurity event, Beaches Energy has not been able to send out utility bills since January 26th. During this time, our utility services have been fully functional and meter reading activities continued. We have been working diligently to resume normal operations and will restart billing on February 26th. As we catch up on the bills that were delayed, you may receive two bills within a month. The meter read date on the front page of the bill will show you the coverage period for each bill. All bills will be printed and mailed. We will return to e-billing as soon as possible.

If you have any billing questions, please call our Customer Care team at 904-247-6241. If you are experiencing financial hardship and having difficulty paying your utility bills, please call 904-247-6241 for information about assistance through the CARE program.

All of us at Beaches Energy greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. We love our beaches community and are working to ensure this challenging situation has the least amount of disruption for our customers as possible. Accordingly, Beaches Energy will not charge any late fees until May 1.
