When making a payment through your online payment service, you will be directed to a secure site to make payment. Account information is not retained or retrievable by Beaches Energy Services. By providing your account information, you authorize online payment service to follow the payment instructions that it receives from you (in most cases your bank account will be debited the same Business Day you enter the payment.)
SERVICE GUARANTEE
Due to circumstances beyond the control of this payment service, delays in handling and posting payments by payees or financial institutions may occur. The payment service will use its best efforts to make all your payments properly. However, the payment service shall incur no liability if it is unable to complete payments initiated by you due to the incorrect payment account information being provided or insufficient bank account funds.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, banking information, and Beaches Energy Services account information.
You agree to notify Beaches Energy Services immediately upon your discovery of unauthorized use of your account and any other breach of security. Beaches Energy Services will not be responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else misusing your password, banking information, and Beaches Energy Services account either with or without your permission. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the bank account(s) that you have entered on the website.

Beaches Energy Services reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of its online payment service. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Your continued use of online payment service constitutes your agreement to all such terms.
Under Florida Law, regardless of whether information is provided to Beaches Energy Services by personal visit, mail, email or website, it may be considered a public record and subject to disclosure under Florida's Public Records Laws. Any information deemed confidential and exempt from Florida Statute 119 should be clearly marked.
If you choose to share personal information, such as sending an email, or filling out an electronic form with personal information, the information will be saved for a designated period of time in order to comply with the State of Florida's archiving policies. Such information also becomes a public record unless exempted by State or Federal law.
