Beaches Energy has earned a Reliable Public Power Provider (RP3)® Diamond designation from the American Public Power Association for providing reliable and safe electric service. The Diamond designation is the highest level of the award.  Beaches Energy has received this designation three times consecutively.  This time with a score of 99.9 out of 100.
The City of Jacksonville Beach is contributing an additional $30,000 in funding to our CARE (Customer Assistance Relief Emergency) program to support and enable our citizens to more easily deal with financial stresses caused by the COVID-19 crisis.

Hurricane Emergency Preparedness

In the event of a hurricane emergency Beaches Energy Services' customers will be notified in advance of any plans for evacuation through the media. CodeRED Emergency Notification system will provide special notification alerts and announcements such as debris collection, road closures, power outages, etc.
